Charlie Smith
Charlie Smith is an engineer with extensive experience in Microsoft security solutions, including but limited to Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft Copilot for Security.
Charlie has trained entire Security Operations Center (SOC) teams. His expertise in threat hunting and incident response has empowered SOC analysts to effectively identify and mitigate real-world security threats. Charlie has led the integration of MDR solutions with Microsoft's security ecosystem.
This experience provided him with invaluable insights into Microsoft's security product development process, integration strategies, and approaches to solving customer challenges.
Charlie's experience has equipped him with the expertise to effectively guide organizations through the implementation of Microsoft's SIEM & XDR. His understanding of these platforms enables clients to enhance their security operations and adoption of these solutions. Charlie's approach combines strategic insights with practical knowledge, ensuring smooth adoption and migration processes tailored to each organization's needs.
Leonard Volling
Leonard Volling has been working in the Microsoft Security, Identity, and Management space for over 20 years. Being on the front lines of Microsoft security becoming a robust set of solutions including SIEM & XDR has brought with it the opportunity to lead solutioning and architecture for customers across the globe. Leonard is a cloud cyber security expert that has helped customers of all shapes and sizes envision what a Microsoft solution will look like and what the journey will be to realize that vision. He has overseen delivery as architect and program manager of many transitions to the Microsoft security stack.
Leonard has built a career on execution. Ensuring that all aspects of a successful project/program are treated appropriately. Whether driving communication and collaboration between a diverse set of stakeholders, ensuring risks, actions, issues and decisions are properly prioritized and managed, conveying progress to leadership, or ensuring all possibilities are properly considered and explored Leonard brings a tremendous amount of practical experience.
